![]() Pre-orders of the controller went live earlier this week and will cost $74.99 from the PlayStation Direct store. Sony has also created a blue and white God of War Ragnarok PS5 DualSense controller that will be released on the same day as the game. In the Your Collection part of the library, click on the God of War Ragnarok icon and select the launch date counter to see exactly how long you’ll have to wait to preload the game. Just head to your game library on PS5 or PS4. You can even check this out if you’ve already pre-ordered the game through the PlayStation Store. I, for one, can’t wait to start playing it.God of War Ragnarok preloads are expected to begin on November 2 on PS4 and PS5 according to the PlayStation Store, as captured in a screenshot by Twisted Voxel. For everyone else, just get the base PS4 or cross-gen version of God of War Ragnarok. If you’re really interested in those, and don’t mind waiting for them to show up again, keep an eye on PlayStation Direct. These two premium editions have been going in and out of stock, though. You’ll also get a seven-inch soundtrack vinyl, a different dice set to one that’s included in the Collector’s Edition, a cloth map, a set of pins and a ring. The $260 Jotnar Edition has everything in the Collector’s Edition, along with even more stuff. That may seem like a bit of a drag, but at least folks who have a PS5 with no disc drive will be able to enjoy this edition too. ![]() While you get a steelbook case, there’s a download code instead of a game disc. The $200 Collector’s Edition comes with a replica of Mjölnir, Thor’s hammer, some other physical items, extra in-game goodies and all the stuff you get as part of the Deluxe Edition. ![]() Unfortunately, the premium physical editions are harder to come by. Those are your options if you want to buy the game and start playing it ASAP. ![]()
